We may have a new name but we've kept our identity. We believe change is good and trust us, you will too. Merging the expertise and creative talents of 36Boutiques and 36Man has lead to a new and exciting chapter in South African online fashion.

  1. Q. Why is 36Boutiques changing its name?

    A. That's simple! We are on our way to becoming the leaders in online fashion retail. South Africa's first online shopping & style destination.

  2. Q. How is this change going to affect me? Will I need to do anything on my end?

    A. Your order will still be processed and delivered as per usual. Your store credit will be transferred to your existing Style36 user account. No action is needed on your part. And no need to worry as all previous orders will be delivered as promised.

  3. Q. What happens to my current order and available store credit?

    A. No action is needed on your part. You will continue to enjoy the exceptional products and superior services that we have provided you with in the past.

  4. Q. Who can I go to with questions about this change?

  5. Q. How do I track my previous orders?

    A. You are welcome to call our customer service on 0861 362229 to track the order via our delivery company, Berco Express.

  6. Q. Can I still return previous orders from 36Man & 36Boutiques?

  1. General

    Style36 is South Africa's premier online fashion portal. Customers can register to enter the Style36 world of fashion 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. We give customers access to beautiful curatored clothing, accessories and shoes while telling South African stories through fashion and make fashion brands and products relevant to the daily lives of our shared customers.

    We provide the platform and give you weekly sales feedback. You provide us with a sample range, delivered to Style36, which will be kept for an agreed period of time in order for us to photograph the range. Once a customer purchases an item from your range, you send us the item(s) within 24 hours. You will be notified via email, on a Monday and/or Wednesday, which item(s) customers have purchased. We take care of packaging and distribution. Returned products can be collected from Style36's offices in Cape Town.     Delivery to customers takes 3 - 7 working days, with a legislatively mandated 7 day return policy offered on all goods. Goods will be delivered to members homes, work addresses or an address of their choice by a professional hand-to-hand courier service. Returns and refunds are offered on damaged or defective items, excluding lingerie, swimwear and certain jewellery, all as mandated by the CPA.     The Style36 team knows how much work goes into creating each product, and managing a successful brand. We take great care to photograph your product from a number of angles, including detail shots that highlight product features. We are experts at presenting your product in way that is true to the brand and yet easily sold.

    The fashion conversation about Style36 takes place across social platforms including Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and the Fashion blog. Fabulous events and brand activations will take place regularly creating a buzz around Style36 and the brands on board. Newsletters are sent to customers to keep them up to date with Style36 news, inspiration and information.

    Style36, as part of MiH Internet Africa and the DMMA subscribe to a code of ethics that guides all our decisions. We will never sell, misuse or share your personal details with any third party without your express written permission and knowledge. We also undertake to protect this information with world-class digital security to prevent any malicious intent by hackers and the like. This protection extends to the use of your credit card details which are never stored beyond the point of payment. We welcome any questions you may have in this regard.

    We have put in place one of the most robust and cost-effective courier service in SA online fashion. Our courier partner, Berco Express, will track your parcel every step of the way, and you are welcome to contact our call centre to track this or update the delivery address/times.

    We are fully compliant with the latest legislation and prioritise our members' needs. All items bought, irrespective of the reasoning for the return (be it fit, size or manufacturing fault) are allowed a 7-day return period.     You are able to use any South African Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards and certain cheque cards. We also accept EFT payments. We do not currently support Diner's Club cards.

    Yes, please select this option on checkout with your purchase. We are based in Black River Park in Cape Town (South Africa). Our office hours (for collection) are Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm and closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. These constraints apply to returns too.
